Louise Sédillot is an associate in Altaïr’s Labor & Employment Law and Social Strategy practice, founded by Julia Zein. She advises French and foreign companies on the full range of their labor and employment matters and handles both advisory and contentious work.
A member of the Paris Bar since January 2025, she trained at leading Paris law firms. Fluent in English and Spanish, she regularly works on matters with an international dimension.
Holder of Master’s degrees in European Union law and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Seville, Louise developed an early understanding of multicultural issues and has an in-depth knowledge of European labor law.
