Jeanne Mucchielli holds a Law Master (M2) degree in taxation (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2012) and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2014. She is registered with the Paris Bar. Jeanne also holds also a University Diploma in ‘Restructuring (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne , 2022).
She began her career working in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions teams at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei law firm. She joined Altaïr Avocats in 2019.
Jeanne’s practice focuses on private equity and LBOs, and mergers and acquisitions.
