Céline Leparmentier holds a Law Master (M2) degree in Criminal Business Law (University of Montpellier, 2005) and a Law Master (M2) degree in Financial Products and Markets Law (University of Paris Saclay,in partnership with the ESCP, 2006). Céline Leparmentier joined the Paris Bar in 2007 and the California Bar in 2021.
She practised for 10 years in the private equity/mergers and acquisitions department of Brunswick Avocats. She has been practising independently since moving to Los Angeles in 2017 and has been collaborating with Altaïr Avocats as an affiliated lawyer since 2019.
Céline specialises in corporate law, particularly in the context of private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions, acting as counsel to project owners/managers or financial investors.
