Chuanjuan ZHUANG is a lawyer at the Marseille Bar and at the Guangzhou Bar Association in China. She assists French and European companies wishing to expand their activities in China, as well as Chinese companies in setting up and developing their activities in France. She specialises in contract law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law.
Chuanjuan practised in China with the law firms Hebang and Mingsi, then practised in France for five years with Racine under the guidance of Valérie Foudriat-Fernandez.
She also holds a doctorate in law in France and serves as a court-appointed expert translator and interpreter in Cantonese and Mandarin at the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence.
