Julia Zein is a partner at Altaïr, where she founded the Labor & Employment Law and Social Strategy practice. She advises companies, their executives and investors across the full spectrum of employment law, both in advisory and contentious matters: structuring the labor and employment aspects of external growth transactions, day-to-day management of individual and collective labor relations, health, safety and crisis management, and the design of social strategy — anticipating risks and disputes, negotiation and high-stakes litigation.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2012, she began her career at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, before founding and running her own employment law firm for six years. This dual experience — within a large firm and as an entrepreneur — informs a pragmatic practice, closely attuned to the interests and business of her clients, whose partner she strives to be.
She advises a French and international client base of SMEs and mid-sized companies, particularly in the technology, hospitality and industrial sectors, and works in multicultural settings, in French, English and Arabic.
