Sébastien Péronne is a partner at Altaïr Avocats, where he advises founders, entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors on the legal and strategic issues that shape the development of their businesses . With more than  25 years of experience, Sébastien has built recognised expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and private equity across a range of sectors.

Convinced that every transaction is first and foremost a business project, Sébastien assists his clients in structuring, negotiating and successfully completing complex transactions, including private equity investments, strategic acquisitions, business disposals and corporate reorganisations, , whether for fast-growing start-ups, established companies or groups seeking new opportunities.

Working together with his team, his role goes beyond providing legal advice: he helps decision-makers anticipate key challenges and navigate negotiationsn keeping the legal structure of e deal aligned with its underlying business logic

Alongside his legal practice, Sébastien also lectures in Private Equity at the Bordeaux University of Law, reflecting  his commitment to sharing knowledge and contributing to the education of future business  lawyers.
