Hugo Henry holds a Law Master (M2) degree in Corporate Legal Advice (DJCE- Diplôme de Juriste Conseil en Entreprise– postgraduate degree) ( University of Caen Normandy) and a certificate of specialisation in corporate law (University of of Montpellier). He was sworn in at the Bordeaux Bar in November 2024.
Before joining Altaïr Avocats in 2024, he worked as a lawyer in a Lyon-based business law firm.Hugo mainly works in private equity and LBOs, mergers and acquisitions and, more generally, corporate law.
