ARKEA CAPITAL (WE POSITIVE INVEST 2) and VOLNEY DÉVELOPPEMENT participate in €9 million fund-raising for QUALIRETRAITE

Altaïr Avocats advised ARKEA CAPITAL (WE POSITIVE INVEST 2) and VOLNEY DÉVELOPPEMENT in a €9 million fund-raising for QUALIRETRAITE. This strategic transaction financed the acquisition of FACTORIELLES, a company specializing in simulation software and training in social protection, and PREVISSIMA, an online medium dedicated to the social protection of the French.

Founded in 2010, QUALIRETRAITE is a leading provider of retirement support services in France, offering a comprehensive range of services from career verification to optimization of pension entitlements, right through to assistance with pension settlement. With a team of 80 professionals in 25 national offices, the company has seen its sales double by 2023, reaching almost 3 million euros.

Thanks to the support of the WE POSITIVE INVEST 2 impact fund managed by ARKEA CAPITAL, VOLNEY DÉVELOPPEMENT and Impact Partners, as well as historical partners, QUALIRETRAITE was able to raise €9 million, enabling it to expand its portfolio to include Factorielles and Previssima. 

QUALIRETRAITE intends to position itself as the leading independent provider of retirement and social protection support for individuals and professionals, by supplying cutting-edge tools and software to industry professionals such as chartered accountants, independent asset managers, notaries, bankers and insurers, while facilitating public access to information.
