Christophe Héry will attend the annual conference of the International Distribution Institute

Christophe Héry will attend the annual conference of the International Distribution Institute (IDI) and will be speaking in a panel on “the validity and effectiveness of jurisdiction and arbitration clauses”.

This panel will be chaired by Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem, Erdem & Erdem Law Office, expert IDI Turkey “agency and distribution” and also composed of Pascal Hollander, Hanotiau & van den Berg, expert IDI Belgium “franchise” and by Dr. Stephan Jäger, Jaeger Heintel, expert IDI Saudi Arabia “agency and distribution”

The conference will bring together in Bologna more than 100 distribution law practitioners from June 8 to 10.
