QL Clean acquires the savary group and strengthens its position in the energy solutions market

Altaïr Avocats advised the QL Clean investment consortium, led by Jean-Charles LEBEAU, on its acquisition of the SAVARY Group. This acquisition, finalised in July 2023, is a strategic turning point for both companies.

The SAVARY Group, based in Calvados, specialises in the sale, installation and maintenance of heat pumps and other heating equipment, as well as plumbing, repairs and maintenance. This M/A buy-out underlines QL Clean’s commitment to strategic expansion and strengthens its position in the energy solutions market.
