Albane Watine holds a Law Master (M2) degree in European Business Law (Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University) and an LLM in European Business Law (Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany). She is registered with the Paris Bar.
Before joining Altaïr Avocats in 2021, she worked in the economic law team at Osborne Clarke for three years. She previously completed several internships at Wilhelm & Associés and Herbert Smith Freehills, as well as at the European Commission’s Merger Control Unit (Directorate-General for Competition).
Albane advises French and foreign clients on contractual matters, as well as distribution and consumer law, both as a counsel for transactions (drafting and negotiating contracts, implementing commercial strategies) and a litigator . She also handles cases involving anti-competitive practices, restrictive practices, unfair competition and merger control under French and European competition law.
