After studying business law and obtaining a diploma in Corporate Legal Advice(DJCE – Diplôme de Juriste Conseil en Entreprise– postgraduate degree), Margaux Fournex was sworn in as a lawyer in 2020. She is registered with the Paris Bar.
She worked for six years in the mergers and acquisitions team at Cloix Mendès-Gil and joined Altaïr Avocats in 2025.
Margaux works primarily in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and LBOs, and more generally in corporate law.
