Marie Elgart holds a Master’s degree in International and Transnational Law (University of Strasbourg) and was sworn in as a lawyer in October 2022. She is registered with the Bordeaux Bar.
Before joining Altaïr Avocats, she worked for various French business law firms in Paris.
Marie mainly works in private equity and LBOs, and mergers and acquisitions, and more generally in corporate law.
