Yamina holds a Law Master (M2) degree in Corporate Engineering from the Business Law Institute /IDA (University of Aix Marseille). She was sworn in as a lawyer in 2022 and is registered with the Marseille Bar.
Before joining Altaïr Avocats, Yamina practised at a renowned law firm and in the regional economics legal department of Caisse d’Epargne – CEPAC.
Yamina mainly works in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and stock market law.
