Jade holds a Law Master (M2) degree in business law (University of Franche-Comté), which she completed on a work-study basis at the NHG law firm, which specialises in economic law. She is registered with the Paris Bar.
Before joining Altaïr Avocats for her final internship as part of her training at the Paris Bar School, she completed several internships at Alkyne Avocats, Lantourne & Associés, BGB & Associés and in the economic law, distribution and competition department of the Nestlé Group’s legal division.
Jade advises French and foreign clients on contractual matters, as well as distribution and consumer law, both as a counsel for transactions (drafting and negotiating contracts, implementing commercial strategies) and a litigator. She also handles cases involving anti-competitive practices, restrictive practices, unfair competition and merger control under French and European competition law.
