Manon MARICHEZ-TEISSIER advises companies and their executives in corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions, both in France and internationally.
Admitted to the Marseille Bar since 2024, Manon brings over 20 years of experience within the legal departments of major international groups, leaders in their respective sectors, including CMA CGM, Airbus Helicopter, and Total (SINCOR Venezuela). During this time, she notably held the position of General Counsel, supporting executives and operational teams in their strategic projects and complex transactions.
Drawing on this experience, Manon works alongside companies and their executives to secure and successfully carry out their development, external growth, and transformation projects, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions and international transactions, bringing the dual perspective of both an in-house practitioner and an attorney.
