Altaïr Avocats is recruiting in Bordeaux, with the possibility of working in Paris depending on the candidate’s profile, a corporate lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm to advise investment funds and entrepreneurs.
Candidate profile
You will join the Private Equity & M&A team, which is made up of 10 professionals, including 4 partners, based in Paris, Bordeaux and Marseille, working in the following areas:
- Preparing, structuring and carrying out fundraising operations alongside entrepreneurs or on behalf of financial investors in the areas of venture capital and growth capital;
- Carrying out mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring, external growth, build-ups and capital exits;
- Management packages and employee share ownership schemes;
- Asset restructuring;
- Joint ventures;
- Audits;
- Corporate law relating to transactions.
You will report to a partner and a counsel in the Private Equity & Mergers and Acquisitions department, based mainly in Bordeaux, and will join a team that also includes an experienced legal adviser, a junior associate and trainees.
