You will be fully integrated into the firm and will actively contribute to all stages of managing ongoing cases for French and international clients from various sectors.
- Contract law: Drafting contracts, auditing contracts and contract disputes (termination, enforcement).
- Economic law (competition, distribution, consumer law): Drafting notes and memos for clients, drafting distribution or commercial contracts, litigation relating to restrictive competition practices and distribution law.
- Intellectual property and new technology law: drafting IP and IT exploitation contracts, searches on the existence of prior trademarks, litigation.
This wide-ranging and varied experience will provide you with practical immersion in the field of business law, while strengthening your expertise and operational skills.
Required profile
- EFB/CRFPA trainee lawyer (preferably end-of-studies internship)
- Second year Master’s degree in law
- Preferred specialisations: distribution law, competition law, consumer law, contract law, personal data law
- Keen interest in litigation.
- Very good level of English required (proficiency in another language, Italian or German, is an advantage).
