You will be fully integrated into the firm and will actively contribute to all stages of managing ongoing cases for French and international clients from various sectors.
- Conducting in-depth legal research to ensure a complete understanding of the specific issues involved in each case.
- Drafting documents as part of the legal monitoring of companies or balance sheet transactions (mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, LBOs).
- Conducting audits for a rigorous assessment of legal aspects.

- Education: 5 years of higher education (Second year Master’s degree)
- Type of education: CRFPA/Pre-CAPA, Second year Master’s degree, Master’s degree
