Fonction: Legal Advisers

Christine Léger holds a Law Master (M2)  degree in Private Asset Management (University of Bordeaux, 2009).

Christine began her career in 2000 working for law firms and an asset management firm in Bordeaux. In 2013, she joined Pierre Gramage’s team and then Altaïr Avocats in 2019.

She works in the fields of private equity and mergers and acquisitions, and more generally in corporate law. She provides legal support and takes part in transactional operations for a large portfolio of companies. She also works in corporate law for liberal professions (medical and paramedical practitioners, legal professionals).

Aude Idris holds a Law Master (M2)  degree in Business Law and Corporate Taxation (University of Bordeaux IV, 2006).

Aude began her career in 2007 in the corporate law team of the legal department  of an accounting and auditing firm in Bordeaux as a legal counsel, before joining Sébastien Péronne’s team at the Fidal law firm in Bordeaux in 2012. In 2017, she joined Brunswick Avocats and then Altaïr Avocats in 2019.

She works in private equity and mergers and acquisitions, and more generally in corporate law. She provides legal support and takes part in audits and transactional operations for a large portfolio of companies.
