Albane Watine a assisté à la 5e conférence annuelle T.R.A.D.E de l’AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers qui se tenait du 23 au 25 juin à Bologne. La conférence, organisée par les commissions T.R.A.D.E. et Antitrust, portait principalement sur le nouveau Règlement UE 720/2022 sur les restrictions verticales, et ses implications en droit de la distribution, de la concurrence et des contrats commerciaux
Albane Watine assisted to the 5th T.R.A.D.E annual conference of the AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers, from 23 to 25 June in Bologna. The conference, organized by the T.R.A.D.E. and the Antitrust Commissions, focused on the new EU Regulation 720/2022 on vertical restraints, and its implications for distribution, competition and commercial contract laws.
